Alan Feld is the Founder and Managing Partner of Vintage Investment Partners. Vintage Investment Partners is Israel’s leading venture fund of funds, secondary fund and late stage co-investment team. The firm today manages $1.5 billion through 10 funds and a managed account.  Vintage tracks over 500 venture funds and 6,500 private technology companies.

Prior to founding Vintage in 2002, Alan Feld was a general partner at Israel Seed Partners and at Vertex Ventures. Prior to Vertex, Alan was the Managing Director of Evergreen Capital Markets/Robertson Stephens Israel. Before moving to Israel in 1994, Alan was at Goodman’s (Toronto), one of Canada’s leading corporate law firms.

Alan is Founding Chairman of the Power In Diversity Initiative Israel (, an initiative of Israeli venture funds and startups to increase the gender, cultural and ethnic diversity of the Israeli high tech industry. Alan was also Founding Chairman of StartUp Jerusalem, a non-profit organization run by Israeli and Palestinian businesspeople helping to foster job growth in Jerusalem. He served as Chairman of the Steering Committee of the Be’eri project, an initiative of the Hartman Institute, and is also a former board member of the Israel Democracy Institute and the Jewish Funders Network (US). Alan also served as Associate Chairman of the Canadian Jewish Congress and President of the North American Jewish Students Network.

Alan received an MBA from York University in Toronto, an L.L.B. from Osgoode Hall Law School in Toronto and a B.A. in Commerce and Finance from the University of Toronto.


Before joining Vintage Investment Partners in 2003, Abe was an equity analyst with Goldman Sachs covering Israel-based technology companies in a wide variety of sectors, including software, telecom equipment, networking, semiconductor and satellite communications. While at Goldman Sachs, Abe and the Israel team were highly ranked by both Thomson Extel and Institutional Investor. Prior to Goldman Sachs, Abe was Vice-President at US Bancorp Piper Jaffray, where he helped start and headed its Israel technology shares institutional sales effort. Before joining Piper, he was an Associate at Brown Brothers Harriman covering the enterprise software and Internet sectors. Abe began his career at Josephthal, Lyon and Ross, joining one of the first research teams focused exclusively on Israel-based companies.

Abe graduated Magna Cum Laude from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania with a BS in Economics and concentration in Finance.


Prior to joining Vintage Investment Partners in 2005, Amit was general partner at Carmel Ventures and Israel Infinity. Previously, Amit served as the fund manager of the Clalit Capital Fund LP, where he restructured the fund and brought it to profitability. Clalit invested in 17 companies and had 13 successful exits, generating an IRR of over 60% per annum. Amit was active in building and promoting the portfolio companies throughout their life cycle. His investments include Breezecom, Nur Macroprinters, Paradigm Geophysical, Celletra, Radvision, NiceCom, Viryanet, ProActivity, among others. Before becoming a venture capitalist, Amit was Vice President of Clal Issuing Ltd., the largest investment banking house in Israel, where he led numerous M&A and private placement transactions. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of cVidya, Red Bend and Unipier.

Amit received an MBA from the University of Michigan and a BA in Accounting and Economics from Tel Aviv University.


Before joining Vintage Investment Partners in 2006, Ehud was a Director of Product Management in Alvarion’s Broadband Mobility Unit, where he led the company’s Mobile WiMAX Product Management team. Prior to Alvarion, Ehud held several positions with ECI Telecom’s Broadband Access division, including Director of Solutions Marketing, Senior Product Manager and System Architect. While at ECI, his responsibilities spanned various technology areas including xDSL, FTTH, IPTV and more. Ehud has also led defense-related projects in the Israeli Air Force in the fields of communications and navigation, from inception through to system introduction.

Ehud received an MBA from the Haifa University and a BSc in Electrical Engineering from the Israeli Institute of Technology (Technion).


Yoni joined Vintage Investment Partners in 2012. Before joining Vintage, Yoni held several corporate development positions with laser technology developer Ophir Optronics. While at Ophir, Yoni worked on strategy, business development and M&As, including the successful sale of Ophir to Newport Corporation. Prior to Ophir, Yoni served as an economist at the Research Division of the Bank of Israel where he carried out macroeconomic research.

Yoni earned an MA in Financial Economics and a BA (Magna Cum Laude) in Economics and History, both from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.


Asaf was a Principal with Greylock IL (now 83North) working on enterprise software and consumer deals in Israel and Europe. Prior to Joining Greylcok, Asaf was a Consultant with The Boston Consulting Group, where he was a member of the corporate development team. Previously, Asaf interned at JLL Partners, a middle market private equity firm based in New York City. Before then, Asaf worked at tech companies Elbit Systems (ESLT) and Plataine as a manager and engineer, and served as a Major in the Israeli Air Force.
Asaf holds a BSc in Computer Science and Management (Magna Cum Laude) from Tel Aviv University and an MBA from the Wharton School, where he graduated as a Palmer Scholar (High Honors).


Michael joined Vintage Investment Partners in 2016. Before joining Vintage, Michael was the VP Corporate Finance at Newport Corporation (NASDAQ: NEWP). Prior to Newport Michael served for seven years as the CFO of Ophir Optronics Ltd, a Jerusalem based Electro-Optics company, and was a main contributor to the successful sale of Ophir to Newport Corporation in late 2011. Prior to Ophir Michael served as the CFO of a start-up company in the Medical Devices field.

Michael holds an Executive MBA in Integrative Management and a BA in Economics and Accounting, both from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and is a Certified Public Accountant in Israel.


Yonah joined Vintage in March 2012. Yonah previously worked at Goldman Sachs in the investment banking division in London where he gained experience in analyzing equity markets and marketing IPOs and follow-on offerings to clients in the emerging markets, as well as structuring and marketing equity derivatives strategies to clients throughout Europe. Yonah also worked at UBS, where he worked closely with the lead research analyst in covering publicly-listed Israeli companies in the telecommunications and banking sectors.

Yonah holds a BSc in Banking and Finance with First Class Honors from the London School of Economics.


Orly served in the IDF as a technology trainer and commander. She then relocated to Maastricht, the Netherlands as a mechanics and electronics engineer for Indigo, an Israeli startup in the printing industry that was later acquired by HP. Orly then studied at Maastricht University where she completed her Masters degree in International Business and Finance as well as an MBA, with her dissertation written for McKinsey & Co. on the topic of biotechnology startup valuation. Orly worked for McKinsey and Co. in Belgium, France and Israel in the Fast Growth Tech division.
Orly also lived for 10 years in California, USA where she worked for Merrill Lynch in asset management and private banking. During this time, she invested in and was the chairperson of technology startups as well as a lecturer at the UCI Merage Foundation Innovation Leadership Program. Orly is a guest speaker at Tel Aviv University.


Asaf Ben-Zeev joined Vintage as its General Counsel in November 2017 after serving for over 10 years as a partner in one of Israel’s prominent and leading law firms.

With 20 years experience in corporate and commercial law, with specific expertise in the field of corporate financing, international business and technology transactions, Asaf has been very active in some of the largest financing transactions that have taken place over the past few years, providing legal services to major pharmaceutical companies, leading foreign banks, venture capitals, start-ups, insurance companies and other international financial institutions in public and private debt and other complex financing transactions.

Asaf joined the law firm of Cohen, Cohen, Yaron-Eldar & Co. in 1999 as an associate and then as senior associate at Tulchinsky Stern Marciano Cohen Levitski & Co., Law Offices until becoming a partner in 2006. Asaf holds an  LL.B (Hons) degree from the University of Hertfordshire and is a member of the Israeli Bar Association since 1998.


Yonatan first joined Vintage Investment Partners in 2008 where he was the VP Finance for almost six years. After a period of about three years in London, working as the Head of Finance of MTEX UK, Yonatan rejoined Vintage in 2016. Prior to joining Vintage the first time, Yonatan was Manager of the Economics Section at Amdocs, preparing budgets, assessing the economic validity of projects, financial planning and auditing.

Yonatan holds BA (Dean’s List) in Accounting and Economics and MBA in Finance (Banking) and Accountancy, both from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and is a Certified Public Accountant in Israel


Prior to joining Vintage Investments in 2013, Rinat worked at Comverse Technologies in  New York, focusing on consolidation and preparation of financial statements and external reporting. Prior to Comverse, Rinat was responsible for accounting, internal and external reporting and SOX procedures of employee benefits at FMC Corporation in Philadelphia. Before  joining FMC,  Rinat was a senior auditor in Deloitte’ s Tel Aviv office. Rinat has served as a TA in the accounting faculty at the Tel Aviv University

Rinat holds BA in Accounting (cum laude) from Tel-Aviv University, Recanati Business School, and BA in Psychology from the Tel-Aviv University’s School of Psychological Sciences. She is a Certified Public Accountant in Israel


Ameer joined Vintage Investment Partners in 2016. Before joining Vintage, Ameer was a Senior Auditor at EY Israel’s High-Tech division where he was awarded a “Certificate of Excellence” for outstanding performance. Prior to EY, Ameer worked at BDO Consulting Group as a Consultant, carrying out economic, diligence and compliance projects.

Ameer holds an MBA in Financial Management and a BA in Accounting and Economics, both from Tel-Aviv University, and is a Certified Public Accountant in Israel


Amit joined Vintage Investment Partners in 2014 in parallel to his studies towards his law degree at the Interdisciplinary Center, Herzliya. Before joining Vintage, Amit served as a captain in an intelligence unit in the IDF.

During his academic studies Amit participated in the Tzvi Meitar Emerging Technologies Program for exceptional students and practiced for a year at the State’s Attorney’s Office, Tel-Aviv, as part of the White-Collar and Anti Money Laundering Practice.

In parallel to his work at Vintage, Amit is volunteering at LGBTech, a non-profit organisation of tech professionals dedicated to enriching a strong community for LGBT people in business.


Karin joined Vintage Investment Partners in 2016.

Karin holds an MBA in Financial Management from Tel-Aviv University and a BA in Accounting and Economics from the Hebrew University. She is a Certified Public Accountant in Israel.

Prior to Vintage, Karin worked at EY as senior auditor of hi-tech and retail companies.

During her studies Karin worked at Yad Hanadiv in the financial department and as a research assistant for Prof. Asaf Zussman from the economics faculty of the Hebrew University


Michal joined Vintage Investment Partners in April 2014.

Prior to Vintage, Michal worked at EndyMed Medical Ltd. for 5 years as Account Manager.

Michal holds a General BA from the Essex University.


Ronit joined Vintage Investment Partners in October 2013.

Prior to Vintage, Ronit worked as a bookkeeper at DFJ Tamir Fishman, an Israeli venture capital fund affiliated with Draper Fisher Jurvetson.

Ronit also worked at the Guberman Group, one of Israel’s leading suppliers of accounting and CFO services. Earlier in her career, Ronit worked at Emilia Development, an Israel-based investment company, for 20 years, as an account and payroll manager.

Ronit holds a degree in accounting and payroll management.


Shoshi joined Vintage Investment Partners in December 2012.

Prior to Vintage, Shoshi worked at Teledata Networks Ltd. for 14 years as Executive Assistant to the CEOs.

Shoshi holds a BA in Special Education and English Literature from the Tel Aviv University.


Limor joined Vintage Investment Partners in September. 2011.
Limor is highly experienced in the VC world after having worked for more than 10 years at Pitango Venture Capital.

Limor has a degree from the Tisch School of the Arts at NYU and holds a law degree (LLB) from Leicester University in England. Prior to joining the VC world, Limor practiced law in Israel, she worked at the State Prosecutor’s Unit in Tel Aviv and a private law firm focused on the banking industry.


Efrat joined Vintage Investment Partners in June 2014.

Before joining the Vintage team, Efrat worked as a visual designer at Research Studios in London, UK, at the invitation of Neville Brody.
At Research Studios, Efrat was responsible for creative concepting and design production.
Efrat has developed strong experience in print design, advertising and strategic branding.

Efrat graduated with honors from the Shenkar College of High Engineering and Design, Tel Aviv, Israel with a bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design & Visual Communication (B.Des).
